SN Technologies list on Capital Platform

SN Technologies (SNT) set out in 2013 to make the world safer, smarter and more efficient
through the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

As the founders came from the gaming sector, their first venture into AI was to build an application for
table games in casinos. Two of the largest casino operators in the world deployed this application–
PROFIT, to identify cheats and dealer errors. The product was so successful that cheaters chose other
properties to target and dealers paid more attention to detail and game outcome. SNT leveraged its
experience and success in the gaming sector to develop a broader AI offering and moved into the Face
and Firearm detection and match space.

The company’s next target market originated as a result of the mass shooting tragedies in US schools.
Instead of identifying cards and chips in a casino, SNT focused on identifying and matching faces and
firearms. The first sale in the school sector resulted in a contract equaling £960,000 and its subsequent
installation in 2019 delivered outstanding accuracy in both Facial Identification and match along with
Firearm Detection. This has created Interest from school districts across the United States.

What SNT has since learned is that Face and Firearm detection and match was only the start of an ability
to capture actionable data points from cameras in real-time. This interpretive ability is the key for
transitioning beyond security and into numerous other areas of business seeking increased efficiency
from their existing CCTV infrastructure including retail, banking, convenience stores, manufacturing, and
government. Face, Firearm and recently Body, are all captured in real-time and support not only security
and safety, but also operational and customer service needs of a business.

SNT’s unique solution is heavily focused on its proprietary hardware architecture that delivers a unique
product solution. This hardware architecture allows for an affordable low-cost install using the customer’s
cameras for installations at a price significantly lower than the competition can offer. The high cost of
hardware has been an obstacle to the purchase and deployment of software across a company, let alone
across a facility with many cameras, and in some cases, clients have been forced to select a limited
number of cameras to activate. SNT’s breakthrough solution significantly reduces this barrier and has
created enormous interest, appreciation for a total site or enterprise solution, and of course, momentum.
SNT and its suite of AI applications are leading the sector in technology, affordability and value. Resulting
in SNT staying well ahead of the technology curve for real time AI data capture.

SNT is poised for exceptional revenue growth. It has developed 20 Resellers, including highly
specialized category leaders in retail, government, school systems and law enforcement, throughout
North America, Europe, Africa, South America and Asia. The current sales pipeline includes companies
from around the world in numerous sectors, and currently exceeds £55M. This is only the beginning of
the company’s sales opportunities.

This capital raise will allow the company to focus on software development that will identify new objects
requested by customers; increasing accuracy and capacity, and continue to enhance their architecture,
keeping the company well ahead of competitors. The company also intends to invest in skilled and strong
leadership to ensure that SNT meets or exceeds its potential for product and sales.
The capital raised will fuel the company’s growth with a targeted IPO in the next 3 to 5 years, with a
conservative 3-year IPO valuation target of £188.5m and a minimum 5-year target valuation of £800m.
